Where can I access the webbook units?

All the webbook units can be accessed by going to the Webbook Units page on the homepage.

How do I create or log into my account?

User can create and sign in to their account by clicking on the link Sign up and Login found on the home navigation of the homepage.

How does the gift a webbook unit work?

To get this feature to work, the person making the webbook unit gift must first create an account on the platform, then log into their account, and then select which webbook unit to gift out. They will then process the gift.

Within the context of the webbook units, what is an interactive webbook?

The interactive webbook units are embedded with meaningful gamification content such as drag and drop, ordering, matching, branching scenario, game map, image sequencing, production rate calculators, simulators and many others. The reader is able to interact with the content to help focus and engage them.

Is my purchase a one-time purchase or a subscription purchase?

All webbook units purchased on the platform are sold as one-time purchase. 

What is the enrollment period for the one-time purchase?

We offer a two year period enrollment period set for 730 days. At that point the reader will be required to re-enroll if the wisht to access the content again. 

What should I do if I am having problem downloading the contract documents that come with my webbook unit?

Contact us directly with information about your account and the webbook unit that you purchased, and we will email you the contract documents that come with your webbook unit. 

How do I pay for the webbook units?

Currently we use Stripe as our payment gateway. Stripe can process payments from various payment cards.

How do I make a refund request?

We want reader to be satisfied with the purchase, and we offer a 7 days money back guarantee. Please complete the refund request form if you are not satisfied with the content of the webbook unit that your purchased. The refund will be processed if it meets the guideline of our refund policy.

What do I need to do if I am not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) from the site for login?

Check your junk mail to see if the email message from our website is ending up in the your junk mail, if so, allow all email from our website to go to your inbox. Mark all emails from our website as Not spam or not junk. You may also need to clear all cache, and reboot your computer.

What to do when the down arrow for logged-in users to log out and access the dashboard isn't visible when clicking the home button?

If you see the Cart, Log In, and Sign Up icons to the right of the navigation bar while you're logged in, follow these steps to return to the dashboard or log out. Click on the Cart, then click the down arrow to find the dashboard and log out icons. This issue is typically a caching issue. So if it happens,  clear your browser cache.
