My goal is to help prepare the next generation of construction professionals using hands-on, real projects, and meaningful gamification. I want to continue to share what I know with students, young professionals, and seasoned professionals, leveraging the knowledge that I have gained from my years in the field and in academia. I am always touched by the messages from my former students about how they are putting what I taught them in class to good use in the field, and how I helped to shape their professional journey.

I hope to continue to make a difference in the construction sector that I am so passionate about – the heavy civil construction sector.
