GP2Z’s Terms and Conditions for Use of Platform.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • The authors own the copyright to the content, meaning platform users cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

2. Accounts

  • You need an account to access most GP2Z webbook units.
  • Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. License, Content Enrollment, and Lifetime Access

  • When you enroll in a webbook unit, you get a license to view it, not to own it.
  • Users of the platform are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content to access the materials only.
  • “Lifetime access” means access as long as the webbook unit stays on GP2Z.
  • GP2Z can remove webbook units when needed.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • You pay to enroll in most webbook units.
  • GP2Z offers a 30-day refund on eligible paid webbook units. If you’re not satisfied with the webbook unit purchased, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and payment gateway, and by the original person who purchased the item. Refunds are not transferable. You will be manually unenrolled from the webbook unit once the request for a refund is approved.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed if you misuse or abuse the system.
  • You may receive promotional credits or discounts.

5. Content and Behavior Rules

  • Don’t post anything harmful, illegal, or offensive.
  • Don’t cheat, spam, harass, or try to steal content.
  • Respect GP2Z, other users, and authors.

6. GP2Z’s Rights to Content You Post

  • If you post content (like questions and reviews), you let GP2Z use it to run or promote the platform.
  • You still own your content, but permit GP2Z to use it.

7. Guarantees and Using GP2Z at Your Own Risk

  • GP2Z doesn’t guarantee any webbook unit’s quality, accuracy, or safety.
  • The webbook units are only for educational and informational purposes and should be viewed as such.

8. Disclaimer

  • The materials presented in the webbook unit are general, not typical of your project, and do not replace the practices that are unique to the company that you work for.

9. GP2Z’s Rights

  • GP2Z can remove content, suspend accounts, or change the platform anytime.
  • GP2Z can also update webbook units, tools, and features without notice.

10. Subscription Terms

  • Some webbook units or services may be offered under a subscription model.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
  • Access to webbook units in a subscription ends if your subscription is canceled.

11. Generative AI Terms

  • You may use custom GPTs available on the platform.
  • Be aware that the GPT-generated results may not be perfect—use them responsibly.

12. Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous Legal Terms

  • These terms are governed by the State of Ohio law, unless State of Ohio local laws apply to you.
  • If any part of the terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
  • You agree to get legal notices electronically.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Disagreements may be resolved through binding arbitration instead of the court.
  • This applies mainly to users in the U.S., unless otherwise stated by law.

14. Updating These Terms

  • GP2Z can change these terms. If the changes are significant, they’ll let you know.
  • Continued use of GP2Z means you accept the updated terms.
