What is an Interactive Webbook?
A webbook is a book published and accessed online through a website. As an interactive webbook, it includes gamification content to focus and engage the reader.
Who is the publisher of the webbook?
The publisher of this webbook is GP2Z LLC. GP2Z LLC is a Gamified Educational Content Consultant and Publisher.
What do the webbook units include?
In addition to the interactive content embedded in each webbook unit, each unit is first characterized, and the related items of work are discussed to cover the following:
- Actual contract specifications for each item of work,
- Actual contract drawings for each item of work,
- Related testing and sampling items for each item of work,
- Typical field inspection related for each item of work,
- Time and cost factors to consider for each item of work at the bid/proposal phase and construction phase,
- Typical construction work tasks that a Contractor must perform in the execution of each item of work,
- Work planning and cost estimating of select work tasks for each item of work

How do I create or log in to my account?
Users can create or log in to their account by clicking the Login icon or the Getting Started icon on the main page.
Getting Started
Can I preview a unit before purchasing?
Some webbook units may include an option to preview them before purchasing them.
Do I have to start or complete my unit by a specific time?
You can start and complete the unit at your own pace.
What features are available in the webbook units?
The webbook units include more than thirty (30) features, and a comprehensive list of those features can be found in the webbook Preface under “Summary of Key Features”.
Do I receive anything after I complete a unit?
Some webbook units may include a certificate of completion.
Purchase and Payments
How do I pay for a webbook unit?
We offer a couple of payment gateways to allow users to pay. We currently offer Stripe and PayPal.
What plans and pricing are available?
We offer the student version and the professional version of the webbook.
How do I make a refund request?
We want you to be satisfied so that all eligible webbook units purchased from us can be refunded within 30 days. If you are unhappy with a webbook unit, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Please fill out the Refund Request form if you want to request a refund for an eligible webbook unit that you purchased directly from us.
Can I change or exchange my webbook unit?
For the professional units, we can exchange the units within 7 days of purchase.
Is there a feature that can allow a user to toggle Auto Renew off?
Yes, this can be managed on the dashboard. Go to the Subscription tab, find the subscription, and there is the Auto-Renew option. It can be disabled directly from there.
Troubleshooting
I am having trouble logging in.
Check to make sure that you have internet.
I’m having issues with my audio or video.
This may be an issue with the device and software compatibility.
I am having trouble downloading the contract documents attached to my Webbook unit.
Contact us directly with information about your purchase, and we will email you a copy of the contract document that comes with your webbook unit.
I and Not Receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) Login Code for the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Check your junk mail to see if the OTP code mistakenly ended up in your junk mail. This could happen when your email system does not recognize the email from where the OTP code was sent. Consider moving the email to your inbox, marking it as “It’s not junk” or “Not spam“, or indicating never to send future messages from the mailer to the junk folder.
